National Organization

• Purpose: To foster the lifelong bonds of Sisterhood among members committed to the ideals of leadership, scholarship, and service.
• Business: Encourage the collegiate sisters, alumnae and chapters to contribute to worthwhile civic, social, and philanthropic projects to enhance the quality of life for women and members of the Deaf community.
• Values: Literary pursuits, education, and humanitarianism.

College Sorority

Bonds of sisterhood through individual and group development are an important part of the sorority. Maintaining fine social standards and rules of conduct becoming to young ladies, promoting high standards of scholarship, and fostering literary and dramatic interests are also essential to the aims of the sorority. Consequently, the vital requirements for membership are based on fellowship, scholarship, leadership, and character.
